Every metal order is different. Material length, weight, destination, availability, and unloading requirements can all affect the best way to receive it. Our team reviews those details and confirms the available pickup or delivery method with your quote.
Shipping dates and transit times are estimates until confirmed. Please review the delivery terms shown on your quote or order and contact our team if your jobsite has special access, scheduling, or unloading requirements.
Will-Call Pickup
Orders may be scheduled for pickup at an available Pattons facility. We will confirm the pickup location and let you know when the material is ready before you arrive.
Local and Regional Delivery
Delivery by a Pattons vehicle may be available based on the order, destination, material dimensions, and delivery schedule. Your quote will identify any applicable delivery charges.
Common Carrier and Freight
Orders outside our local delivery area may ship through a qualified freight carrier. Freight method, timing, and cost are confirmed as part of the quote or order review process.
Receiving your order
Please make sure an authorized person is available to receive and inspect delivered material. The customer is responsible for providing safe site access and suitable unloading equipment unless other arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Report visible shortages or damage promptly and note them on the delivery paperwork before the carrier leaves whenever possible. Keep the material and packaging available while our team reviews the issue.
