This policy covers the Patton's Steel quote portal at steelquotes.pattonscorp.com, run by Patton's Corp (“we”, “us”). It explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us:

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number, company name and addresses.
• Quotes and orders: the products, quantities and delivery or pickup details you request, and messages about them.
• Documents you upload, such as tax exemption certificates.
• Anything you send us when you contact us.

If you pay by card, your card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically:

• Necessary cookies that keep you signed in, remember your cart and keep the site secure. See our Cookie Policy.
• Only if you allow it in our cookie banner: information about your device and how you use the site (pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location from your IP address), collected by the analytics and advertising tools described below.

• To prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, and manage your account.
• To contact you about your quotes, orders and account.

• With your permission, to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.

With your permission, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools set cookies and send information about your visit to Google and Meta, which they use to give us site statistics, measure our ads and show you our ads on other websites. Each company handles that information under its own privacy policy: Google, Meta.

None of these tools run until you choose “Accept all” or switch on the matching categories in your cookie preferences. You can change your choice at any time with the “Your Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of every page.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.

This site is for businesses and adults buying metal. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect, sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.
