Terms of Sale

1. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement of buyer and seller, supersedes all oral negotiations, and may not be modified except by an instrument in writing duly executed by buyer and seller.
2. This invoice may be accepted only by the terms described in it. Terms in your purchase order, if any, which are in addition to, or not identical with the terms of this invoice will not become a part of the contract.
3. In the event of non-payment of the purchased price for the material described on this invoice and/or on the payment terms, then the buyer shall be liable for all seller incurred collection costs, attorney's fees, court costs and the unpaid balance shall bear interest at the maximum rate allowed by law.
4. No claims allowed for damages unless reported within 5 days after receipt of goods. All sales of cut material are final. This invoice is subject to the terms stated on the front and back of this sales invoice.
5. 30-Day Return Policy: Customers that purchased any products (except Special Orders, Cut Material and Non-Refundable items that are on sale from time to time), can return the product in its original package and in good condition for store credit only. Customer returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
6. Patton Sales Corporation retains title to all machinery and equipment on this invoice/delivery receipt until paid in full.
